General Terms and Conditions of bookings on our website
ARTICLE 1 : Application of the general terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the services provided by the establishment.
These general terms and conditions of sale are sent to the customer at the same time as the quotation, to enable him to make his reservation. Any reservation therefore implies on the part of the customer the full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions to the exclusion of any other document such as brochures, commercial documents, etc....
ARTICLE 2: Organisation of the reservation
Rooms: Rooms will be made available to beneficiaries from 4 p.m. and must be vacated on the day of departure at 11 a.m. Any exceeding of this deadline may result in the invoicing of an additional night.
Breakfast: the customer must cancel the number of breakfasts no later than the day before, deadline 7pm. Beyond that, the hotel reserves the right to charge for breakfasts even if they are not consumed.
No-show: "No-shows" (services ordered but not cancelled) will be invoiced on the basis of the total stay.
ARTICLE 03: Modification of services
Any request for a change in services compared to the reservation made must be addressed in writing to the establishment.
ARTICLE 04: Total or partial cancellation
The change of date of the stay is considered as a total cancellation and gives rise to the application of the conditions
In low season: cancellation free of charge until 6pm, 2 days before the arrival date.
In mid-season: cancellation free of charge until 6pm, 3 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation of reservations of more than 2 rooms or for any stay of more than 3 nights, refund of 20% deposit if the cancellation is made more than 10 days before the arrival date.
In the middle and high season: 30% deposit refund in case of cancellation 21 days before arrival date. In case of cancellation of reservations of more than 2 rooms or for any stay of more than 3 nights, a 50% deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 21 days before the arrival date.
Partial cancellation :
In the case of a shortened stay, a postponed arrival date, a modified number of persons or any other fact
modifying the original reservation contract, the deposit paid will neither be refunded nor deducted from the invoice, which will be
as a means of forfeiture.
ARTICLE 05: Dislocation
In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to provide all or part of the participants with accommodation in a local hotel of equivalent category for services of the same nature, the costs of the transfer remaining the responsibility of the establishment, which may not be sought as payment for any additional compensation.
ARTICLE 06 : Price
The prices are expressed in euros including VAT. The rates confirmed on the booking request are firm until the option exercise end date. After this period, they are subject to change depending on economic conditions. The applicable rates are those in force on the day the service is provided. They may be modified in the event of legislative and/or regulatory changes likely to lead to price variations such as: modification of the applicable VAT rate, introduction of new taxes, etc
ARTICLE 07: Method of payment
The conditions for payment of the price are divided as follows:
The deposit will be refunded on the final invoice at the end of your stay, for the agreed period (balance); the balance invoices are payable upon receipt on the day of departure. Unless otherwise specified, no payment period shall be granted. The payment of extras (laundry, drinks, telephone,...) claimed from participants, will be made by the participants concerned before their departure. In the absence of payment, the invoice will be sent to the customer who undertakes to pay it upon receipt.
Any delay in payment will result in the invoicing of late payment penalties equal to 1.5 times the legal interest rate in force without prior notice.
ARTICLE 08 : Insurance - damage - breakage - theft
The client must ensure the custody of his property and equipment. A safe in the room is at his disposal. The client must inform the institution of any deterioration that he or she may have caused. He is responsible for all damage caused by his intermediary and undertakes, in the event of damage to the premises made available, (bedroom, common areas such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, garden, lounge, sanitary facilities) to bear the costs of restoration.
RTICLE 09: Recommendations
The client undertakes not to invite any person whose behaviour is likely to harm the establishment, the latter reserving the right to intervene if necessary. The customer may not bring drinks or foodstuffs from outside without prior authorisation from the management. The client undertakes to ensure that participants and their guests comply with all the establishment's instructions and regulations (in particular the smoking ban). The client will ensure that participants do not disrupt the operation of the facility or compromise the safety of the facility and the people in it.
ARTICLE 10: Force Majeure
The establishment may release itself from its obligations or suspend their execution if it is unable to assume them due to the occurrence of a case of force majeure, and in particular in the event of total or partial destruction of the establishment, strike, etc...
